STEP 01: IDEA

STEP 02: DESIGN

Our engineering team translates the brief into a manufacturable design. Using 3D CAD modeling, Numeric Simulations such as: EMAG (electromagnetic analysis), FEA (Finite element analysis), CFD (Fluid Dynamics analysis), DVP & R, and Design for Manufacture (DFM) principles from day one, we engineer each component for performance, durability, and cost-efficient production.

Every design is reviewed against IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards before moving forward. You receive technical drawings, simulation results, and a documented design package ready for prototyping — with no surprises when production begins.

STEP 03: PROTOTYPE
